  • Secure access of HTTPS (SSL) is provided with all of our VirtualAssistUSA.com domains, as well as our project management. Only our President & VP of Operations have direct access to the entire system, and all access is logged throughout

  • Our data-centers for our project management system have passed the SSAE16 audit

  • All of your project files are password-protected with complex passwords

  • All user passwords are passed through a one-way hash-and-salt technique which is a best practice for highly sensitive information security

  • We perform real-time data backups nearly every minute. Our system takes automated project file snapshots

  • Our servers are with Amazon AWS and are hosted here in the US in a controlled data center which is secured with a variety of controls

  • Incorrect login attempts locks the account for a period of time and a report is sent to our management/administrator team

  • Changing a VA's password automatically logs out all other sessions where the current user is logged in

  • Clients - not the Virtual Assistants nor Virtual Assistant company - owns the data

  • All of our team members go through federal background checks

  • Error reports are automatically emailed to our project management system developers

  • Firewall prevents access from unauthorized location

  • Our software is HIPAA-compliant and we are the only Virtual Assistant company to do so

  • All of our team members are bound to strong confidentiality & non-disclosure agreements

  • Our administrators track user actions across email, storage, calendar, groups, mobile and third-party application authorization. If a marked file is downloaded
