Virtual Assistant Job – Executive Assistant

Virtual Assist USA, is currently hiring for an experienced Executive Virtual Assistant. We are looking for someone to work anywhere between 20-40hours per week. Flexible workings hours.
We support our clients in different industries and disciplines including Executive Assistant, Administrative, Marketing, Web Design, Social Media, Content Development, Strategy, and much more.
This position is a fully remote, W2, employee role. NOT A CONTRACTOR position.
The role of the virtual assistant is so important. Our virtual assistants have direct contact with our clients and need to convey the utmost professionalism.
Responsibilities, include but not limited to:
Managing multiple clients in a fast-paced, demanding, high-urgency environment.
Could be working with up to 10 clients at one time. All client tasks make up our VAs work day.
Handling projects in an executive assistant role including but not limited to projects such as marketing systems, website edits, managing multiple 3rd party platforms, creating content and managing social media.
Work independently to achieve client projects and tasks. Be proactive in seeking work from clients.
Create and share daily and weekly reports with multiple clients
Accurately track and report detailed time accounting
Attend regular team meetings. Support clients via video meetings.
Ideal Candidate Characteristics:
Detail Oriented and Proactive – with high customer service and interpersonal skills and abilities.
Ability to work independently while still being a part of a small team.
Experience using systems like [Wix, Teamwork, Google Suite, Kajabi, GoHigh Level, Asana, Mailchimp, Chatgpt, Quickbooks, Shopify, WordPress, project management systems, CRM’s and more]
High ability for solving problems and creating systems and processes. Resourceful and research oriented.
Multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
College Educated
At least 3-5 years working in an administrative assistant role
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, CRM’s, project management software is a must.
Minimum 3-5 years executive assistant/project management experience
Excellent communication skills, this is a remote role and requires overcommunication.
In-home office setup including: Mac or PC Computer, with high internet speed, video conference capabilities, and a designated professional space

The role of the Virtual Assistant is so important. Our Virtual Assistants have direct contact with our clients, and it can sometimes be a gentle hand-hold through the experience of working with us. Some of our clients have never worked with a Virtual Assistant or marketer or web designer before and they need a friend to make it feel less daunting. That’s this role!
